This week a judge sentenced a 25-year-old father of two to 55 years in prison for selling marijuana. The judge in the case said that he regrets having to impose such a harsh mandatory sentence. Bill Radke spoke with the man's attorney, Jerome Mooney, and a former federal district judge about the dilemma a judge faces when he thinks a sentence is cruel and unjust.
