Zappa in Bronze
Jeanette Garcia, Chief of Correspondence to Baltimore Mayor Sheila Dixon, stands under the City Hall rotunda. When the Mayor of Vilnius sent a letter to Mayor Dixon offering the city a bronze bust of Frank Zappa, it couldn't have landed in better hands. Garcia is a huge Zappa fan. One of her favorite pieces of Zappa's music is the "Dog Breath Variations."
