Weekend America has been following Erin McKittrick and her husband Bretwood "Hig" Higman's walk from Seattle, Wash. to Unimak Island, Alaska. It's a 4,000 mile trek and will take about nine months. As of this weekend, they have traveled more than 1,000 miles and are back on American soil. We'll check in to see how the couple is holding up.
