Cars that were traveling on the I-35W bridge in Minneapolis, Minn., when it collapsed. Officials marked them on August 2, 2007. The eight-lane steel and concrete bridge spanning the Mississippi River near the city's downtown was undergoing repair work when it collapsed during the evening rush hour.
