Along the sidewalks on Pratt street between Harborplace and Oriole Park, nine meters have been set up to raise money for Homeless Services Inc. of Baltimore, Maryland. The meter's default setting of "despair" rises to "hope" when coins are inserted. You can insert nickels, dimes, and quarters.
