Claudia Baumgarten, the proprietress of Miss Claudia's Costumes and Shoes, a costume store located on Magazine Street in Uptown New Orleans. She's been reflecting the city's new reality in her window displays: hospital candy stripers, construction workers, FEMA workers, National Guard inspired costumes.
