The biggest news in entertainment this weekend isn't in the movie theater, or on the TV, or the playing field... The video game Grand Theft Auto IV is out, and an estimated five million people will buy it during the first two weeks of sale.

Even if you haven't played the game, you've probably heard about the violence. Grand Theft Auto is an icon of wanton video game killing. But it's not the first. Before Pac Man, Space Invaders and Asteroids, there was a game called Death Race.

It was 1976, and a little company called Exidy was trying to grab a piece of the video game pie...
