A while back on the show, we talked with Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Suzan-Lori Parks. She wrote a play a day for a year and was on our show giving advice to actors performing in them. We have been tracking the plays as they are performed around the country. This week we hear about one written on December 26th called "Even in a House Like This."
To Join the Play:
Bring a kissing partner. The person should be an important part of your life; whoever they are you should feel passionate about their presence, and the fact that they are in your world. Husbands, wives, girlfriends, boyfriends, mothers, daughters, fathers, sons. The hope is to get a wide spectrum of people who represent all different forms of passion.
Meet at the Seattle Center Ice Skating Rink at 6 p.m. The plan is to start skating by 7:15. Please RSVP so Josh knows how many people will be coming. You can email him at
joshbeerman1@mac.com
You are encouraged to wear the same color clothes as your kissing partner.
